The MFT demo equipment gives you the opportunity to demonstrate to your customers in practice how smart, easily and safely the thermal dismounting of a bearing inner ring from the shaft works with our medium-frequency systems.
The demo equipment is transportable in two cases. All that is required on-site is a table and a 230V 16A power connection. The complete demonstration takes only 10 to 15 minutes.

BETEX Mobipuller hydraulic puller is specially designed for removing pulleys, bearings, couplings, bushings or gears where there is limited space behind the workpieces. Functional and ergonomic design, it offers stability, mobility and allows dismantling workpieces without any damage. Schaeffler has introduced new spec for NJ series cylindrical roller bearings – NJ23-ILR. A distinctive feature of the series is optimized heat treatment and higher material and surface qualities. Thus NJ23-ILR bearings meet all requirements of vibratory machinery, soil compactors, and industrial gearboxes: high load on the bearings on the high-speed shafts, trend toward downsizing and increased power density, longer operating life.
The entire LSL series and also ZSL bearings with bore codes 16 - 24 are being replaced by the new NJ23-ILR bearings.
ZSL bearings with bore codes 5 - 15 are being replaced by the standard catalog type NJ23-XL.
NTN Europe is rebranding their spherical roller bearings. The 222xx, 223xx, 230xx, 231xx and 232xx series, produced at the company's Italian factory in Turin, are now produced under the NTN brand instead of the SNR brand. The changes relate exclusively to branding and packaging, no construction design changes have been made.

The SES series, which replaced the SNV plummer block housing series, are now painted black instead of grey. Outer appearance change led to confusion, so Schaeffler decided to issue a press release to dismiss questions whether they might be counterfeits.

Mounting tools are identicalto that of a standard bearing. Similar misalignment to open spherical roller bearing allows internal inspection to facilitate maintenance. For tapered bore, internal clearance checking is possible after mounting.
There is a newcomer in Bega BETEX induction heaters product line. Pretty compact but powerful 3,5kW mid-frequency heater can be operated on site, which allows to avoid time-consuming and troublesome preparations compared to classic heaters.
Smart electronics ensure optimal operating frequency and heat distribution on the workpiece, which prevents damage to the workpiece and surrounding parts.
Thanks to touch screen, it is easy to set up the heater, save preferences or download data using USB interface.

Schaeffler introduced brand new split plummer block housing series.
SN / SNE / SNV / SNG housings are now replaced with SES. One type, three designs.
Unlike before, the new enclosures are compatible with all established market solutions. As the housing dimensions now comply with the common standards, the conversion of competitor products is also possible without any problems. This means that nothing stands in the way of switching to the new plummer block housings SES. And the changeover is worthwhile. The new SES series offers technical innovations that ensure greater efficiency and cost-effectiveness in the operation of machines and plants.
Housings are made of high-quality flake graphite or spheroidal graphite cast iron; for shafts from 20 - 160 mm or 3/4 to 5 1/2 inches.
The common sizes including relevant accessories can already be ordered. The changeover will be completed within the next few months. Deliveries will start from October-November 2021.

We are pleased to announce, that starting from the end ofthe May, the Kavial head office, including store, warehouses and linear workshop, are moving to the brand new spacious quarters located at Vesse 3 / J. Smuuli 42.
New spaces, which, by the way are located not so far from our old location, will not only improve access to the store for our new visitors, but also will help to avoid inconveniences for our regular customers and partners - logistically, our location will stay almost the same. Convenient access, both by personal and public transport, bicycle or by foot, will allow to reach us from any direction. Spacious parking lot will accommodate all visitors during peak hours, including vehicles with trailers. Same, big cargo gates willfacilitate access for couriers and our suppliers transportation partners.
Combinging existing warehouses under one roof will definitely save our customers from confusion and any inconvenience while picking up their goods. The store-showroom will become more spacious, which will allow to introduce larger numbers of products available in our store.
