The MFT demo equipment gives you the opportunity to demonstrate to your customers in practice how smart, easily and safely the thermal dismounting of a bearing inner ring from the shaft works with our medium-frequency systems.
The demo equipment is transportable in two cases. All that is required on-site is a table and a 230V 16A power connection. The complete demonstration takes only 10 to 15 minutes.

Iga taastamisele saadetud laagri asemele klient saab vastu taastatud 100% töökorras laagri. Klient saab kätte kas enda taastatud laagri või laos olemasoleva taastatud asenduslaagri. Garantii on ka võimalik. Olenevalt etapist, taastamine võib kesta 4 kuni 16 nädalat.

BETEX Mobipuller hydraulic puller is specially designed for removing pulleys, bearings, couplings, bushings or gears where there is limited space behind the workpieces. Functional and ergonomic design, it offers stability, mobility and allows dismantling workpieces without any damage. For added safety and convenience, the electric variants are equipped with remote control. Depending on the model, the maximum pressing force is 25 or 50 tonnes with a maximum workpiece diameter of 430 mm.

Schaeffler has introduced new spec for NJ series cylindrical roller bearings – NJ23-ILR. A distinctive feature of the series is optimized heat treatment and higher material and surface qualities. Thus NJ23-ILR bearings meet all requirements of vibratory machinery, soil compactors, and industrial gearboxes: high load on the bearings on the high-speed shafts, trend toward downsizing and increased power density, longer operating life.
The entire LSL series and also ZSL bearings with bore codes 16 - 24 are being replaced by the new NJ23-ILR bearings.
ZSL bearings with bore codes 5 - 15 are being replaced by the standard catalog type NJ23-XL.
Schaeffler's induction heaters product line is being expanded. Brand new MF-GENERATOR 3.5 mid-frequency induction heaters are now part ofthis expansion.

SN / SNE / SNV / SNG housings are now replaced with SES. One type, three designs.
Unlike before, the new enclosures are compatible with all established market solutions. As the housing dimensions now comply with the common standards, the conversion of competitor products is also possible without any problems. This means that nothing stands in the way of switching to the new plummer block housings SES. And the changeover is worthwhile. The new SES series offers technical innovations that ensure greater efficiency and cost-effectiveness in the operation of machines and plants.
Housings are made of high-quality flake graphite or spheroidal graphite cast iron; for shafts from 20 - 160 mm or 3/4 to 5 1/2 inches.
The common sizes including relevant accessories can already be ordered. The changeover will be completed within the next few months. Deliveries will start from October-November 2021.
OPTIME is the comprehensive and automated machine unit condition monitoring system.
Based on IoT technology, this system provides early warning of damage to machine components. Consisting of a wireless (NFC) sensors and gateway, this solution can be scaled in any way. All captured data is analyzed in cloud, using machine learning and other AI solutions designed by Schaeffler and then visualized in the special app.
