In the summer 2021, the Schaeffler Group has acquired a 100% of the shares of BEGA International B.V. Production of heaters and other maintenance tools will continue under Betex brand. Though in the future, product range will be updated with products under the Schaeffler Smart Maintenance Tools brand.
