New FAG cylindrical roller bearings
Schaeffler has introduced new spec for NJ series cylindrical roller bearings – NJ23-ILR. A distinctive feature of the series is optimized heat treatment and higher material and surface qualities. Thus NJ23-ILR bearings meet all requirements of vibratory machinery, soil compactors, and industrial gearboxes: high load on the bearings on the high-speed shafts, trend toward downsizing and increased power density, longer operating life.

- Increased performance in cases of insufficient lubrication, better friction resistance
- DIN5412-1 standard – 100% interchangeable with NJ23xx roller bearings
- Bore diameters from 80 to 300 mm
- Optional Durotect-B coating for rings and rollers
The entire LSL series and also ZSL bearings with bore codes 16 - 24 are being replaced by the new NJ23-ILR bearings.
ZSL bearings with bore codes 5 - 15 are being replaced by the standard catalog type NJ23-XL.
NB! Bearings with bore codes 48, 52, 56, and 60 are currently available, the remaining sizes are available by agreement only.
